Visa/MasterCard Gold is a card with the same payment option as standard Visa/MasterCard, but Visa/MasterCard Gold cardholders enjoy a larger credit limit and additional services. The credit limit is agreed upon by the cardholder and the issuing bank, and depends on the cardholder's repayment capacity.

The forms of payment associate with these types of products are prepay, debit, debit deferred to the end of the month, deferred debit and revolving credit.

These services are common to all Visa/MasterCard Gold products:

• 24-hour telephone help line: We will answer all non-urgent questions about the use of your card while you are travelling abroad.
• Lost or stolen cards service: This service ensures that your card will be blocked to prevent its use by unauthorized persons if it is lost or stolen in Spain or abroad.

The services exclusive to holders of this card are the following:

• Emergency replacement card: Cardholders can replace cards quickly and conveniently in the event of theft, loss, or damage.
• Emergency cash advance: Cardholders can obtain emergency cash when they report the theft or loss of their card. The cash may be supplied by a financial institution, or delivered directly to the cardholder.
• Value added services: These include advantages in luxury hotel chains, car rentals, and other establishments for holders of Visa Gold cards.

In addition to these basic services, your Visa/MasterCard Gold financial institution may offer other services adapted to your needs and lifestyle.
