The forms of payment associate with these types of products are debit, debit deferred to the end of the month, deferred debit and revolving credit.

The exclusive services available to Visa Infinite cardholders include:

• 24-hour telephone help line: We will answer all non-urgent questions about the use of your card while you are travelling.
• Authorization of emergency payment transactions: through this service, verbal authorization of a transaction is given by telephone when the card has been lost and the cardholder needs to make transactions before a replacement card can be delivered or emergency cash can be supplied. This verbal payment authorization service is available around the clock for transactions with hotels, car rental firms, airlines, other types of passenger transport firms, etc.
• Visa Infinite Privileges: special offers and valuable extras from a selection of leading travel and holiday establishments and retail merchants.
• Concierge Service: A service providing information and assistance relating to travel and holiday arrangements, including information about the countries and cities to be visited, and assistance in planning trips and activities. This service also provides specialized assistance to business travellers, including the purchase of gifts and special items. Lost or stolen cards service: This service ensures that your card will be blocked to prevent its use by unauthorized persons if it is lost or stolen in Spain or abroad.

In addition, Visa/MasterCard Platinum offers the following services:

• Emergency card replacement: Cardholders will be issued an emergency card immediately in the event of lost, theft, or damage to their Visa/MasterCard Platinum card.
• Emergency cash advances: Emergency cash will be furnished to any cardholder whose card has been lost or stolen. When no member financial institution is close at hand, the cash will be delivered directly to the cardholder.
• Legal and medical assistance: Cardholders may receive information about specialist physicians and lawyers that can assist them with legal or medical problems, ranging from general legal advice and medical supervision to specific legal aid and emergency care.
