ServiRed Business furnishes a package of services for the convenience of medium or small businesses and cardholders, and they are especially helpful during business trips:

• Invoices in local currency: invoices will be paid in the currency of the country where the cardholder and his or her business are located.
• 24-hour telephone help line: We will answer all non-urgent questions about the use of your card while you are travelling abroad.
• Lost or stolen card service: This service ensures that your card will be blocked to prevent its use by unauthorized persons if it is lost or stolen in Spain or abroad.
• Emergency card replacement: Cardholders can replace cards quickly and conveniently in the event of theft, loss, or damage.
• Emergency cash advance: Cardholders can obtain emergency cash when they report the theft or loss of their card. The cash may be supplied by a Visa member institution, or delivered directly to the cardholder.
• Medical referral, medical assistance and emergency services.
• Value added services: These include advantages in luxury hotel chains, car rentals, and other establishments for holders of Visa Business cards issued by members of ServiRed.

The forms of payment associate with these types of products are debit, debit deferred to the end of the month, deferred debit, revolving credit, and credit line.
