ServiRed Sociedad Española de Medios de Pago, S.A. is a payments scheme with 38.1 million cards (credit and debit), 767,103 merchants and 35,261 ATMs. It is a 100% Spanish-owned limited liability Company, with 78 shareholders of his 99 financial institutions members.

ServiRed's mission is to facilitate the transition from the use of cash to more efficient means of payment in ways that are beneficial both to our member banks and to society in general.

ServiRed's aims are:

• to promote the use of electronic payments
• to represent our members before international payments systems, regulatory bodies, associations, and institutions
• to manage the ServiRed brand, and to set and uphold the rules of the domestic payments scheme, strengthening its position in the national and international markets.
